A written 30-day notice to vacate is required prior to the expiration of your lease or at any time during a month-to-month tenancy.

Each home is assigned one parking space in the gated parking lot.

The Crest at Pacific Grove is approximately 1–2 miles from several popular beaches, including Asilomar State Beach and Lovers Point.

Cannery Row is approximately 2 miles from The Crest at Pacific Grove, or about a 5–10 minute drive depending on traffic. It’s also accessible via the Monterey Bay Coastal Recreation Trail.
